Lauren holds a BA in Public Communications from Ramapo College of New Jersey and a K-8 teaching credential. She began her career teaching elementary and middle school students in public schools and also taught Judaic studies at Temple Ner Tamid in Bloomfield, NJ. Lauren’s diverse experience includes serving as a program coordinator for a youth empowerment tobacco prevention program at a New Jersey non-profit organization.

In 2007, Lauren relocated to California and joined Sylvan Learning as the Center Director. She began her journey at Yavneh Day School in 2015 as an Advancement Associate and later served as Director of Admissions from 2021 through August 2024. In August 2024, Lauren was appointed Senior Director of Administration, where she oversees the administrative team and school operations.

Lauren is also a proud parent of both Yavneh alumni and a current Yavneh student. In her personal life, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Eric, and their three children.
