Lauren CarlinskySenior Director of Administration

Lauren holds a BA in Public Communications from Ramapo College of New Jersey and a K-8 teaching credential. She began her career teaching elementary and middle school students in public schools and also taught Judaic studies at Temple Ner Tamid in Bloomfield, NJ. Lauren’s diverse experience includes serving as a program coordinator for a youth empowerment tobacco prevention program at a New Jersey non-profit organization.

In 2007, Lauren relocated to California and joined Sylvan Learning in Cupertino as the Center Director. She began her journey at Yavneh Day School in 2016 as an Advancement Associate and has been the Director of Admissions since October 2021.

Lauren is excited to lead the administrative team. She values collaboration and community-building within both the Jewish community and the wider Silicon Valley area.

In her personal life, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband, Eric, and their three children.
