Our Yavneh Community

One need only attend an all-school Kabbalat Shabbat on a Friday afternoon to absorb the special feeling of the Yavneh community, as students come together in song with parents and teachers. In an area where many live far from extended family members, the Yavneh community serves as that family. School-wide events and Jewish holiday celebrations, grade-based family education programs, and a strong parent association create a welcoming environment to celebrate our values, ideals and customs with each other.

Nondiscrimination Policy: Yavneh Day School admits students of any race, color, national, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national, and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
