In Yavneh News

At Yavneh, we’re all about nurturing young minds and cultivating a love for learning. And what better way to do that than with our vibrant Gardening Club? But there’s a twist to this story – it’s not just for the students. Our Gardening Club recently had some very helpful guests, and they were none other than the parents!

Parents and Mr. Stone, our Middle School science teacher, joined our young green thumbs to help us create an outdoor learning space in our garden. This after-school enrichment program with Morah Rinat has been a hit among our students, and this time, it was all about teamwork and making memories together. It’s amazing how a simple garden can be a classroom, a playground, and a bonding space all at once. It was a delightful reminder of how our school community extends beyond the classroom walls, and that learning isn’t just an activity; it’s a shared experience.

To-dah! Thank you for the help.

If you would like to help too, we are looking for a picnic table donation! Please email Morah Rinat for more details.

Happy gardening, Yavneh! 🌱🌼🌞
