Kindergarten Readiness Workshop for Parents

Ready, Set, Go! Preparing for Kindergarten
Learn what to expect from kindergarten programs and what makes a child ready for the experience. Discussion in the workshop will include suggestions on how you can help your child prepare socially, emotionally, and academically for this transition.
Led by Stephanie Agnew, Assistant Director at Parents Place: Stephanie teaches classes on preschool, kindergarten, and elementary school choices; positive discipline; and behavior management for young children. She also leads teacher training workshops, consults with families on many parenting and child development issues, and observes children in their homes and at their schools.
