Lotem KaminskiHebrew Teacher

    Lotem recently moved from Israel, where she spent over 20 years as a teacher and holds a
    teaching certificate in Israeli literature and Jewish philosophy. She taught high school
    students, prepared them for matriculation exams, and worked with the Reform movement
    and the Haifa-Boston partnership. She led youth seminars and organized joint programs
    between Israeli and American schools in both Hebrew and English, focusing on Jewish and
    Israeli cultural identity. She also worked at a gifted students' school, teaching literature,
    creative writing, and philosophy to young learners. As Pedagogical Coordinator, she
    manages curricula, designs schedules, implements alternative assessment methods, and
    conducts staff professional development.

    Lotem loves working with children and teenagers, enjoys teaching and learning alongside
    them, and strives to introduce texts, questions, and ideas that shape their identity, sense of
    belonging, and daily lives.
