“We are picking up the trash, because we want our environment to be cleaned.”~ Maya

Kitah Gan students worked together as a community to create their classroom rules, following the school wide principles of taking care of yourself, taking care of each other, and taking care of our environment (classroom and school). They became so engaged in this process that they took the initiative, while playing outside in the playground, to collect plastic items that were in the ground by the trees. #ThisIsY #ResponsiveClassroom #PBL
