Kitah Alef did a great job sharing their learning about Keshet of Kavod and Ve’ahavta l’rei-acha kamocha (loving your neighbor like yourself and treating each other how you wanted to be treated) by creating a Shaboom play for their families! They shared their Hebrew learning with the Alef Bet Song, and read for the ceremony in Hebrew and English. We are so proud of all the students for their hard work in preparing for this  day and so excited for them to use their siddurim!

The students reflected together about their favorite parts and they found performing the play extremely rewarding, especially with their families there to cheer them on with smiles, support, and of course, creating beautiful siddurim. Liev shared that he felt confident for the whole play and especially enjoyed pretending to trip and playing a panicked glue stick. Orly loved being able to see her parent’s reactions throughout the play, and Kitra shared that she was excited to hear her family laugh at all their jokes. Robert and Steven said getting the siddur was really fun! Overall, the students had a blast sharing their learning and are reading their siddurim with lots of ruach this week!
