Kitah Hay Learns Meteorology! - Yavneh Day School

Kitah Hay students have been studying meteorology. As part of understanding the different factors that influence the weather, we learned about the five layers of the atmosphere. We did some hands-on experiments to understand density, and how gasses “pile up” to create the five layers of the atmosphere. Moreover, students were tasked with the creation of a 3D model of the atmosphere that had to showcase the layers, items that are found on each layer, and the height of each layer.
