On Sunday, May 4, our Yavneh community came together in the heart of downtown Los Gatos for the second annual Yavneh Live!—a joyful celebration of music, spirit, and connection. With over 200 attendees, this year’s event doubled in size from last year, showing just how much our community continues to grow and thrive.
Set on Gray’s Lane outside Loma Brewing Company, Yavneh Live transformed the street into an open-air concert venue. We’re so grateful to the Town of Los Gatos for their partnership, and to the many volunteers who helped secure permits, set up the stage, and keep the day running smoothly.
The afternoon featured live performances by Yavneh students, and faculty bringing ruach to the streets with music, dancing, and plenty of smiles. Families enjoyed food and drinks from Loma Brewing, games for kids, and the chance to connect with both new and familiar faces.

We raised $19,782 in support of Yavneh Day School, with all net proceeds benefiting our music program. 🎶 We’re also still selling Yavneh Live T-shirts in the school office for $25—stop by to grab one while supplies last!
We’re already dreaming about Yavneh Live 2026! We plan to set the date early this summer so we can get it on the school calendar well in advance. We’re also hoping to bring back an alumni band to make the day even more special.
