“Meeting the teachers, connecting the stories we hear at home to the faces, experiencing the classes and feeling the spaces our kids go to every day, made this night meaningful.”

At Yavneh Day School, we aim to design events with purpose and intention. Every gathering is rooted in intentionality, reflection, and a deep understanding of why we come together. For Middle School Back to School Night, our goal was to offer more than just a walkthrough of syllabi, logistics and expectations. We invited parents to step directly into their children’s shoes, experiencing the exact lessons, class transitions, and collaborative routines their kids move through each day.

Ultimately, it was our middle school families who brought that vision to life. You jumped headfirst into every presentation with incredible energy, curiosity, and warmth.

We are deeply grateful for the time you took out of your busy schedules, the thoughtful questions you asked, and your active partnership in our community. A special thank you to the Yavneh Parent Association (YPA) for taking the time to speak about upcoming volunteer opportunities and helping us build such a strong, connected Yavneh family!
