Upon returning from an extended President’s Day weekend, Ms. Dao’s 1st-grade class delved into learning about the history of United States presidents and the democratic process. As part of their studies, Kitah Alef conducted elections for class president. The candidates, Remy and Leah, gave speeches, made posters, and ran on platforms of kindness, helpfulness, respect, honesty, and friendliness.

🌟 This hands-on experience provided valuable insights into leadership and civic engagement. 🗳️
