Michal FearnleyOffice Manager & Registar

Born and raised in Israel, Michal brings nearly two decades of experience in operations and program leadership to Yavneh Day School. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of West London in England and spent 19 years at eBay, where she led global eCommerce operations, managed cross-functional teams, and drove large-scale initiatives.

Michal began her career with eBay in Israel before relocating to the San Jose office ten years ago, where she and her family have since made the Bay Area their home. Her strengths in organization, process improvement, and team coordination translate naturally to a school’s administrative and registrar functions.
When the opportunity arose to bring her experience to Yavneh, Michal was excited to pursue a path more closely aligned with her interest in mission-driven work and community-focused organizations. She looks forward to supporting the students, families, and staff who make Yavneh such a special place.

Outside of work, Michal enjoys spending time with her husband, Andi, and their three boys, traveling, attending live concerts, and doing jigsaw puzzles.
