Our 4th graders in Kitah Dalet have been diving deep into the fascinating world of electricity and electrical circuits as part of our innovative STEAM curriculum. Recently, they embarked on an exciting exploration using a tool called Makey Makey, , an invention kit designed to connect everyday objects to computer keys using a circuit board, alligator clips, and a USB cable.

With Makey Makey, students had the opportunity to investigate which elements are conductive and which ones are not. Through hands-on experiments and interactive learning, they not only identified conductive elements but also delved into understanding the level of conductivity exhibited by each element.

This engaging activity not only nurtures a love for science and technology but also fosters critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a deeper understanding of the principles of electricity. We are proud of our students’ curiosity, creativity, and dedication to learning, and we look forward to more exciting adventures in our STEAM journey!
