4th Grade/Kitah Dalet class has been working hard on their Louise Nevelson-inspired sculptures. Taking everyday objects and creating something meaningful, students recently took their art pieces to the Yavneh field with spray paint to complete the monochromatic look Nevelson is so famously known for.

More about Nevelson:

Born in what is now Kyiv, Ukraine, Louise Nevelson is a leading sculptor of the twentieth century. She pioneered site-specific and installation art with her monochromatic wood sculptures made of box-like structures and nested objects.
